Simple steps to take into account before starting to grill.

Place the grating on top of the fire for ten minutes, then remove it (raise it, if the grill enables it) and pass a paper until it is dry and without traces of fat from previous roasts.
It is best to burn the fat from the previous roasts with a very strong fire and, when the grill (grid) is very hot, brush it with a wire to remove the charred fat. Then another straw brush soaked in water with white vinegar is passed until everything is raised (cleaned), before putting the meat, you have to brush the grill with oil.
